Kehoe trial moved

INDEPENDENCE (KWWL) -- The trial for the Coralville woman charged with killing one son and attempting to kill the other has been moved.

Michelle Kehoe's trial has been moved out of Buchanan County and will now take place in Grundy County.  It is still set for October 28, 2009.

Kehoe allegedly drove her 2 sons, Seth and Sean, to a pond near Littleton in October of 2008.  That is where police say Michelle slit her sons throats.  Sean, who was 7 at the time, survived the attack but 2 year old Seth died from his injuries.

A mock jury was convened on September 18th to determine if there was enough jury bias to warrant moving the trial out of Buchanan County.

District Court Judge Bruce Zager filed his ruling today.

Stayed to KWWL and as the judicial process continues in thsi case.
