Cooking up an Irish breakfast at Irish Fest

WATERLOO (KWWL) -- During the weekend, Waterloo celebrated the 3rd annual Irish Fest.

To add to the Irish traditions, one Iowa Irish pub changed their menu to include a traditional Irish breakfast.

For the first time, Jameson's Public House in Waterloo served Irish sausage, Irish bacon, black and white pudding, baked beans, scrambled eggs and a slice of tomato.

Mareen Corcoran-Siegert is originally from Ireland and said that the meal was enjoyed the meal. The only thing she said missing--- a cup of tea.

The restaurant served the breakfast for Sunday morning.
