Citrus Beef and Vegetable Lo Mein Meal

Serves 4. |

All you need:

1/2 pound Hy-Vee Blue Ribbon beef stew meat Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste

2 tsp Grand Selections olive oil

1/2 c. teriyaki stir-fry sauce

1/2 c. Hy-Vee orange juice

1 (16 ounce) bag frozen Hy-Vee Oriental vegetables

3 c. cooked Hy-Vee linguine noodles

Hy-Vee mandarin oranges

All you do:

Season meat with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add meat; sauté until browned, about 5 minutes.

Stir together stir-fry sauce and orange juice. Stir orange juice mixture and vegetables into meat. Cover. Simmer 9 minutes or until meat is cooked through. Serve with cooked linguine noodles.

All you need:

1/4 c. strawberry pancake syrup

2 c. sliced strawberries

1 banana

6 frozen Hy-Vee waffles, heated as directed on package Hy-Vee whipped cream ham steak or try serving it with peanut butter, eggs or yogurt All you do:

Heat strawberry syrup in microwaveable bowl on HIGH for 30 to 40 seconds.

Add strawberry syrup to sliced strawberries and bananas in medium bowl, stirring gently to coat fruit.

Spoon strawberry mixture onto each waffle. Top each waffle with dollop of whipped cream.

1 DoleT Southwest Salad kit

2 Roma tomatoes, chopped

1 c. Hy-Vee black beans, drained and rinsed

1 c. chopped Hy-Vee rotisserie chicken breast cantaloupe

All you do:

Combine ingredients in salad kit, tomatoes, black beans and chicken in a large bowl.

Toss gently to coat.
