WEST BRANCH (KWWL) -- An annual celebration of President Herbert Hoover's birthday is taking place this weekend.  This years celebration varied from previous years because there were two American relics visiting the Hoover National Historic Site in West Branch.

The first is the Vietnam Moving wall.  This wall is a half size replica of the Vietnam Veterans National Memorial in Washington, D.C.  It showcases the names of 58,000 Vietnam veterans.

The second was the Honor Flag.  The Honor Flag is a flag given to a soldier by the Texas House of Representatives.  These stars and stripes have flown above Ground Zero, Afghanistan and Iraq.

Both memorials will be at the Hover National Historic Site until Monday morning.  The wall is on display all night.  The flag is open for viewing during museum hours.
