WATERLOO-  Cedar Rapids Washington sophomore Dakota Freese brought his 0.63 E.R.A. to Waterloo and left with an even lower earned run average.  Freese struck out the first four Waterloo East batters he faced en route to a 16-0 shutout victory in five innings for the 10th ranked Warriors.
