BUCKS SPLIT SERIES WITH BULLFROGSWaterloo, IA - On the nation's birthday, the Bucks (0-1) dropped the final game of the series with the Bullfrogs (1-1) in another 3-2 pitchers duel.

Pitcher Scott Williams (UW-Stevens Point) drops to 2-3 as he took the loss on the mound after allowing three runs off seven hits and two walks in 7.2 innings of work. Improving to 2-0, Bullfrogs pitcher Brent Ebinger (Lambuth) held the Bucks to two runs off five hits and three walks in 5.0 innings.

Bucks right fielder Jason Krizan (Dallas Baptist) led the way at the plate, going one for one with two walks and an RBI. Phil Keppler (Iowa) and Tyler Robbins (Des Moines Area CC) added two hits apiece in the losing effort.

The Bucks are off on Sunday, July 5 and return to action Monday, July 6 against the La Crosse Loggers at Riverfront Stadium. It will be COOL 105.7 Buck night featuring dollar draws, dollar hot dogs, and dollar popcorns. One dollar admission coupons will be available from COOL 105.7
