Officers listening to their radio recall a similar incident from last week. Upon further investigation, officers found that Walker had been located last week while turning in possibly stolen copper tubing however at that time, the owner did not want to file charges. The name that was given to officers last week was different than what was given Monday.

Additional charges of Interference with Official Acts, Driving While Barred and Failure to Prove Security/Liability were added to the charges stemming from contact with Officers on June 9, 2009. Walker was taken to Linn County Jail.
