WATERLOO (KWWL) -- Most teens think a bedtime's not needed, but a new study from Columbia University finds, parents need to stick to their guns. They found teenagers who did not have to be in bed by at least 10 were 25 percent more likely to be depressed than those who had a strict bedtime. They were also 20 percent more likely to have had suicidal thoughts.
