Man charged with making meth

CEDAR RAPIDS (KWWL) - Federal drug charges are filed against one of the last people to see five-year-old Evelyn Miller alive before she disappeared from her Floyd county home four years ago.

Casey Frederiksen has been indicted in U.S. District Court for conspiring to manufacture methamphetamine. Frederiksen, of Charles City, is already serving 14-years for possession of child pornography.

Frederiksen shared an apartment with Evelyn Miller's mother. Evelyn disappeared July 1, 2005. Six days later, her body was found in the Cedar River.

To this day, no one has been charged with her murder.
