Biggest Loser among summer events at Millennium Therapy

Hudson's Millennium Therapy and Health Club, one of the best kept exercise club secrets in the Cedar Valley, will host a variety of summer events, including the annual Hudson Days Biggest Loser competition.

In early June, Millennium conducts the first of its two summer Day Camp for kids, pre-school age and up. Kids will learn about the importance of exercising and actively take part in strength training, stretching and cardiovascular exercise.

Participants will also learn first-aid, bicycle safety, swimming pool safety and even internet safety. This summer's two Day Camp sessions will run June 2 through June 25 and July 9 through July 30. Kids can participate in one or both of this fun and educational events.

Millennium Therapy and Health Club will challenge participants to be all they can be in the Summer Boot Camp, beginning June 16.  In the Summer Boot Camp, participants go from exercise to exercise, with virtually no rest. These exercises are designed to push the boot campers to their physical limits, while enjoying the fun and excitement of an ultimate physical challenge.

Millennium also features Rehabilitation services, physical therapy and massage therapy with licensed experts, Jill Kuyava, MSPT and Fitness Consultant, Sarah Paustian.

Jill is Millennium's Sports, Conditioning and Fitness Director.  As Fitness Consultant, Sarah shares her expertise in the areas of physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and massage therapy.

The annual Hudson Days festival isn't until mid-July, but participants in this summer's Biggest Loser event need to sign up now to take part in the competition, which is patterned after the wildly popular NBC television series.
