Black Bean and Mango Salsa

All you need:

1 envelope Good SeasonsTM Italian Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix

1 (16 ounce) can black beans, drained, rinsed

1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn, thawed

1 c. chopped ripe mango

1/2 c. chopped red pepper

1/3 c. chopped red onion

1/3 c. chopped cilantro

1/4 c. lime juice

All you do:

1. Mix all ingredients until well blended; cover.

2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

All you need:

1 (15.25 oz) can Hy-Vee whole kernel corn, drained

1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee black beans, drained and rinsed

1 (15 oz) can Muir GlenTM diced tomatoes with basil and garlic, drained

2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

2 tsp minced garlic

1/2 white onion, chopped

Hy-Vee blue tortilla chips, optional

All you do:

1. In a large bowl, combine corn, black beans, tomatoes, cilantro, garlic and onion.

2. Serve with Hy-Vee blue tortilla chips, if desired.

All you need:

2 c. chopped strawberries

1 c. chopped jicama

2 tbsp diced green onion

1 tbsp minced jalapeno

2 tbsp Hy-Vee orange juice

1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

1 tsp packed Hy-Vee brown sugar

Hy-Vee vanilla wafers or Hy-Vee wheat crackers, optional

All you do:

1. Stir together strawberries, jicama, onion, jalapeno, orange juice, black pepper and brown sugar.

2. Serve at room temperature with Hy-Vee vanilla wafers or Hy-Vee wheat crackers if desired.
