Fish may lower risk for heart problems

SWEDEN (NBC) -- Men who eat fish may be lowering their risk for heart failure.
A large study of nearly forty thousand Swedish men finds eating fatty fish once a week, and a certain type of omega-three fatty acid found in cod and fish oil, may lower the risk for heart failure.
However, the researchers at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center also found eating fish several times a week didn't increase the benefit, the positive effect was only seen in those who ate fish in moderation.
