Former Black Hawk Blake to Skate for US National Team

Former Waterloo Black Hawks All-Star Jason Blake will play for Team USA at the 2009 International Ice Hockey Federation Men's World Championship in Switzerland later this month.

Blake is currently a member of the Toronto Maple Leafs.  The 2008-2009 campaign was his ninth full season in the NHL.  Blake had a career-best 38 assists, while scoring 25 goals, for a total of 63 points in 78 games.

From 1992-1994, Blake was a member of the Waterloo Black Hawks.
