DUBUQUE (AP) -- Trial for a Dubuque man charged in a deadly crash has been delayed.
Milton "Seth" Matson is charged with vehicular homicide and serious injury by vehicle.
Police say the 19-year-old drove a car down a hilly road near Key West on Nov. 13 and sped up to 90 miles per hour to get airborne after passing the top of a hill. Matson lost control of the car when it landed on the pavement and the car rolled several times.
Police say 23-year-old Timothy Hanten and another passenger, 21-year-old Toiressa Yunk were thrown from the car. Hanten died at the scene. Yunk was seriously injured.
Authorities say Matson's blood-alcohol level was above the legal limit.
Trial in the case was scheduled for May 30 but it has been delayed until June 8.
