3 Time U.S. Olympian to speak in Dubuque


Dubuque, IA - Suzy Favor Hamilton, 3-time U.S. Olympian (92, 06 and 2000) as a middle distance runner is the premier speaker for Live Healthy Iowa / Dubuque on Thursday, April 2 at 7:00 pm at the Grand River Center in Dubuque.  In her presentation, Suzy shares her secrets for sneaking exercise into your everyday life and actually making it fun. She will also share her tips on healthy eating and lifestyle as well as how to make the best of each day. Suzy's story includes her struggles with depression and finding her passion.  She also likes to include the audience with question and answers by walking around the crowd and connecting with the group.

Suzy will have healthy takeaways such as her Fast Track Workout and Lifestyle, which is her health and fitness tips for anyone, anywhere - anytime and includes everything from wall sits while brushing teeth to her favorite cookie recipe.  She makes living healthy fun for any person whether you are an Olympian or someone just needing to get up and off the couch.
