Services scheduled for Clear Creek Amana student

JOHNSON COUNTRY (KWWL) - A 17-year-old from Oxford has died after a crash in Johnson County.
It happened Saturday around 3:00 a.m.

Lisa Adams was a senior at Clear Creek Amana high school in Tiffin.
Visitation will be held Wednesday at Lensing Funeral Home in Iowa City, from 3:00-8:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be held Thursday morning at the high school, beginning at 10:30.

The Iowa State Patrol says the driver was heading west on 340th street, lost control and rolled the car just west of Half Moon Avenue.

Two other teens were hurt in the crash. Their names have been released.

According to a statement from the school, many additional counselors, administrators, and other staff from the district, along with other community organizations, are helping us support the needs of our students and faculty.
"Lisa will be missed by all of us at Clear Creek Amana. Lisa was a hard working, bright student who was a friend to all."

Adams was also involved in volleyball and soccer.
Lisa is survived by her parents Allan and Debra Adams and her sister Ashley who is an 8th grader at Clear Creek Amana Middle School. All family members reside in rural Oxford.
