URBANA (KWWL) -- The death of 16-year old boy on Interstate 380 near Urbana on Monday has been ruled a suicide.
The Benton County Sheriff's Office says that 16-year old Denver Daniel Parvin, of Cedar Rapids, was killed while he was walking southbound in one of the northbound lanes of the interstate at around 1:30 p.m. Monday afternoon.
Parvin was hit by a vehicle driven by 36-year old Daniel Edward Levi, of Nashua.
The State Medical Examiner has ruled the death a suicide.
