Officials from Canadian Pacific Railroad have removed three ethanol cars from the Little Cedar River near Charles City after a derailment Monday leaked tens of thousands of gallons of ethanol.
Most of the 49,000 gallons of ethanol has been recovered, but officials estimate 300 to 400 gallons of diesel fuel and 100 gallons of lube oil leaked into the stream. More >>
