WATERLOO (KWWL) -- Students in the Cedar Valley have a new place to hang out.
Hawkeye Community College held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Brock Student Center Wednesday.
Harold Brock is one of the founding fathers of the college. Brock says the student center is long over due and is important so students can build relationships with each other.
