CEDAR RAPIDS (KWWL)-- Wisconsin Badger recruit Jarrod Uthoff of Cedar Rapids Jefferson has been named Iowa's Mr. Basketball. Uthoff led the entire state in scoring with 26.2 points a game while averaging 11.2 rebounds per contest. Uthoff also shot 54.6 percent from the field and 84.6 percent from the charity stripe.
