Man leads deputies on chase through Linn County

LINN COUNTY (KWWL)-- Police say a Cedar Rapids man faces several charges after leading authorities on a chase through Linn County.

An officer attempted to stop a truck driven by 40 year old Thomas Buckallew on Highway 94 at Lone Tree Road.

Police say Buckallew wouldn't pull over, and then led a deputy on a chase. Deputes used a tire deflation strip to stop the man on E Avenue and Weaver Road NW.

Buckallew faces several charges and also had two outstanding arrest warrants.
