WATERLOO (KWWL)-- Waterloo Police are investigating nearly two dozen vandalism reports after as many as 20 vehicles on the west side of Waterloo had their windows shot out by a BB gun.
Waterloo Police say most of the activity happened on Jefferson Street, Forest Avenue and Hawthorne Street in Waterloo.
Mostly driver's side windows were damaged, but police say an attic window was also hit.
One family we spoke with was getting ready for church when police knocked on their door to tell them what happened.
They said they didn't hear anything overnight or this morning.
