DES MOINES (KWWL) -- Bobbi McCaughey gave birth to septuplets in Des Moines on November 19, 1997.
The seven babies became the first septuplets to survive infancy. They were born nine weeks prematurely.
They turned 12 years old Thursday. The family lives in Carlisle.
