CLAYTON COUNTY (KWWL)-- A two-car crash near Millville has killed a Holy Cross man.
The Iowa State Patrol says it happened just before 6 a.m. Sunday on Highway 52 in Clayton County.
Officials say 41-year-old Lee Zuercher died when a vehicle driven by 21-year-old Sarah Austin crossed the center line and struck his truck head-on.
Austin was taken to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics by Air Care. Her condition has not been released.
A passenger in Zuercher's truck, 18-year-old Cody Zuercher, was injured in the crash and taken to a hospital in Dubuque.
