
Police are searching for 20-year-old Yousif IbrahimMARSHALLTOWN (KWWL)-- Marshalltown Police have arrested a man they believe was involved in a stabbing Saturday morning.
Police were called to 427 Swayze Street in Marshalltown and found a man with stab wounds to his stomach and back.
Police learned Sunday night, that a man wanted as a material witness to the stabbing was at a local fast food restaurant.
Officers found Yousif Ahmed Ibrahim, 20 of Des Moines, hiding in the men's bathroom at the McDonald's on South Center Street.
Ibrahim has been charged with Attempted Murder, Willful Injury and Going Armed with Intent.
Officers also arrested Letoya Renea Mcelrath, 20 of Marshalltown, a female acquaintance of Ibrahim.
Mcelrath was charged with Accessory After the Fact and Interference with/ Official Acts.
Both are being held in the Marshall County Jail.
The victim of the stabbing, who's name has not been released, was last reported to be in critical condition.
