MT. PLEASANT (KWWL) - Washington County authorities have released the name of a man found dead in an out building in rural Washington County.
On Nov. 3rd, at about 9:41 a.m., the Washington County Sheriff's Office responded to a 911 call at 2891 330th St., Mt. Pleasant, Iowa. The caller reported that a person was dead at that location.
When deputies arrived, they found the body of Ryan P. Scharff, 37, in an out building.
An autopsy has been done by the State Medical Examiner's Office, but the results are still pending..
