AURORA (KWWL) - Breaking news out of Buchanan County. A man's body has been recovered inside a grain bin at the Aurora Elevator on Buffalo Street in Aurora.
After employees of the elevator realized a co-worker was missing, they called fire offiicals around 4:45 Wednesday afternoon. The fire department removed all of the grain from one of the bins and found a body around 10:30 Wednesday night, according to Buchanan County emergency officials. An autopsy to determine the cause of death will be completed.
A name is being withheld pending notification of family.
