WEST UNION (KWWL) - An Elgin man faces 3rd degree sexual abuse charges after deputies say he sexually assaulted a woman. The Fayette Co. Sheriff's Offce says 22-year-old Andrew Alan Hilgerson was arrested after an investigation of an incident on August 2nd at a home near Clermont. Deputies say Hilgerson sexually assaulted a 19-year-old woman at the home. Hilgerson is currently in the Fayette Co. Jail.
