BUTLER COUNTY (KWWL) -- People in Aplington, Eldora and Wellsburg can once again call 911 for emergency service.
Butler County investigators tell KWWL an Iowa Telecom fiber line was cut, which disabled 911 service for a few hours on Thursday.
