LAKE VIEW, Iowa (AP) - Dive teams are searching for a missing boater in Black Hawk Lake in Sac County in northwest Iowa.
Lake View police Chief Ted Helmich says the man went under the water Thursday afternoon after he got out of the boat and tried to remove a rope that was tangled in the propeller.
Helmich says the man was with his wife and grandchild at the time.
Divers searched the lake into Thursday night. The search resumed on Friday.
