STANLEY (KWWL) A microbrewery near Oelwein is in the process of expanding.

Hub City Brewing Company in Stanely brews, bottles and ships seven different beers from its location on Highway 3.

Three years ago, the company began by purchasing a small microbrewing system.

The business's current expansion means Hub City Brewing Company will go from producing 165 barrels of beer a month to more than one thousand.

The goal is to expand Hub City to a regional business, serving six to eight states. Right now, Hub City beers are available at grocery stores including Hy-Vee and Fareway.
