PRAIRIE DU CHIEN (KWWL)-- A Prairie Du Chien man has died after crashing his car through the gate of a prison.
79-year-old Andrew Mezera was speeding through the gate when his car rolled and landed on its top at the Prairie Du chien Correctional Institution Tuesday afternoon, that's according to our coverage partners at the Dubuque Telegraph Herald.
