Posted:

CHICKASAW COUNTY (KWWL)--Sentencing is set for Tuesday in a child endangerment case involving a northeast Iowa daycare worker.

The investigation centered around Over The Rainbow Daycare in Lawler.

A worker at the daycare was later charged with nine counts of child endangerment.

It's connected to allegations of aggressive behavior and possible physical abuse.

The Chickasaw County Sheriff's office says Kayla Hageman of Lawler pleaded guilty to five of those counts. She is expected in court Tuesday morning.
