Bob Waters

Bob's been interested in broadcasting since he was in 4th grade. As part of a job shadow day, he tagged along with a photographer at the local NBC affiliate. I first knew I wanted to be a news reporter in second grade. I was at the Iowa State Invention Convention with my dad, and a reporter asked to interview me. John Wilmer

For his entire life John Wilmer has called eastern Iowa home.  He grew up in Parkersburg and attended Aplington-Parkersburg High School.  John went on to the University of Northern Iowa where he graduated with a degree in Communications. John was hired as a full time reporter at KWWL in May of 2004 and that what he's been doing ever since.  Click here to read more.
